Gabriel could be the one to heal her wounds ….. Or he could be the death of her.
 
They were already reeling from an extinction level event when the aliens arrived intent upon colonizing the scarred Earth.  Humans didn't welcome them or their inteference, but the aliens were intent upon bringing order.
