Marianne LaCroix has had a passion for romance since reading Gone With the Wind when she was a high school sophomore. Voracious reading eventually spawned another passion--writing. For years, Marianne would go to work as a nurse in her local hospital, and then she'd run home and unwind by writing, escaping into a world of handsome heroes, and the women who love them. Her private escape has evolved from a part time hobby into a promising career. She's had several recognitions for her writing including a Romance Studio CAPA, a Romantic Times Reviewer Choice nomination and a PEARL Honorable Mention.
Marianne is an active member in Romance Writers of America and holds a B.A. in English Literature. She lives in southwest Georgia with her husband, their twin daughters, a rascally dog, a noisy cockatiel, and one demanding cat.
