We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the book you purchase is in any way defective, please contact customer service and it will be replaced. Sorry, but due to the nature of our product, we are unable to refund on books except under special circumstances to be determined by NCP on an individual basis.
No Tax or Shipping Costs
You never pay tax or shipping on eBooks downloaded from New Concepts Publishing unless you are a resident of Georgia. Handling for print is $2.55 for the first book. Shipping is figured by weight and is automatically configured according to which shipping option you choose.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders of print titles can only be cancelled prior to shipment--your order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are only valid a maximum of thirty days unless paid for by check, money order, or paypal.
